Mike worked as supervisor and manager for one of the top home builders in the United States over 22 years before starting his own business, Jacob's Ladder Home Improvement and Construction. During that time, he learned the value of exceptional production and customer satisfaction. He has planned and supervised over 800 single and multiple family homes, twice received the "Southeast Region Production Supervisor of the Year" award for outstanding achievement in home construction and customer satisfaction, and the top award for "Best Customer Service".
